4. Sprees usually takes 4 to 12 weeks to be completed after spree closed. Norm is maximum 8 weeks after spree closed. Please do not join if you are not comfortable with the waiting time.

5. Seller may take 1 to 5 working days to reply our emails. Working days referring to Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

6. Buyers paying via ATM must keep the receipt to be used for proof of payment.

7. Shop-Mania is not liable if items are damaged or lost via normal postage delivery. No refund will be done in this case. Registered mail is strongly encouraged to prevent lost of mail.
